How to change extension of iPod Nano 5G zero second video to JPG?

I%26#039;ve been taking 0 second videos with my iPod Nano 5G so it looks like its a picture. I put them on my Mac and I want to change the file extension from .MP4 to .JPG. How can you do that?


I%26#039;ve already tried %26quot;Get Info%26quot; then going to %26quot;Name and Extension%26quot; and changing it but it doesn%26#039;t work. It is always blank and Preview says its a corrupted file.|||Well video and picture are different format and it%26#039;s hard for you to simply rename the extension. How do I change a file extension file on Vista?

I know that I am supposed to press the layout button in Windows Explorer just left from the organize button but when I open up the explorer there is no Layout button, what should I do and/or how am I supposed to be able to change a file extension, please help.
